Text

A petition shall be filed with the board of county commissioners signed by a majority of the holders of title to lands in the proposed district desiring to be embraced in such district, which petition shall set forth the name of the proposed district, the boundaries of the proposed district, and shall pray that the same be organized into a sewer improvement district under the provisions of this act. The petition must be accompanied by a map of the proposed district, such map showing the boundaries of said district, and the approximate proposed location of sewer line or lines, and the sewage treatment plant, if any.
