Text

Violation of any of the provisions or conditions of this act or of any building and/or fire code adopted hereunder shall be punishable by a maximum fine of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and/or imprisonment for a maximum period of thirty (30) days upon conviction thereof. Each day shall constitute a separate violation. The board of county commissioners or the building inspector shall be entitled to bring any action at law or equity including action for injunction to restrain, restrict and/or prohibit the threatened or existing violation of any of the provisions of this act or of any building and/or fire code adopted hereunder.
