§ 19-762 — Insurance - Courthouse fund - Use of to purchase equipment

and supplies. The board of county commissioners of such county shall have power, in addition to all other power they now possess by law, to use any part of any moneys collected by the county for insurance on such destroyed property, and the courthouse fund, to purchase any books, blank books, stationery, fixtures, furniture, typewriters, adding machines, and other equipment and supplies as may be, or shall be, necessary to restore the lost or destroyed records, fixtures, supplies and equipment of such county, where the same has been destroyed as aforesaid.
