The following shall be substantially the form for every petition filed with the Governor asking that the name of any city, town or place be placed upon the tickets to be voted at such election: PETITION FOR CITY - FORM OF. Petition asking that the city, town or place of _______ be placed on the tickets to be voted in _____ County on the ____ day of ______ A.D. (year). State of Oklahoma, ) )ss.
