municipalities - Charges.

A.The board of county commissioners of each county may enter into agreements with any municipality for the furnishing of fire protection and emergency services, including, but not limited to, medical attention and wreck removal, by said municipality for all persons and property in areas outside the corporate limits of such municipality and to pay for such services a reasonable amount on a per run basis, or such other equitable basis as may be agreed upon, and to pay for such services from funds of the county general fund or the county highway fund.
