Text

Any person or corporation offering money or other thing of value, either directly or indirectly, for the purpose of influencing any voter for or against any proposition in such election shall be guilty of the felony of bribery, a Class D3 felony offense and shall, upon conviction, be punished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
