Text

A.Plats or subdivision plats filed in the county clerk's office shall be indexed and filed, and one copy placed in bound volumes or booklets, so that all plats or subdivisions are compiled and indexed accordingly.
B.Plats or subdivision plats of property in unincorporated areas with roads of public designation shall not be filed in the county clerk’s office until such plat or subdivision plat goes before the board of county commissioners and the board determines that the dedicated public roads are designed to meet the requirements of Section 601.1 of Title 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The county commissioners shall have adequate assurance by the developer that the roads will be built according to requirements. Those assurances shall include, but not be limited to, letters of credit, bond
