Text
signer. From and after the effective date of this act, all instruments filed for record in the office of any county clerk within the State of Oklahoma shall, under the signature affixed to said instrument, bear the printed or typed name of the signer thereof. Provided, that the failure of any such instrument to bear the printed or typed name of the signer thereof, shall not affect the validity of such instrument or the filing or recordation thereof.
