- Oath - Fees. On the day set for the holding of said special election, it shall be the duty of said special election board, to see that each precinct, or voting place in said county, is supplied with booths and other necessary conveniences, for the proper holding of such election. It shall be their duty to select two judges and two clerks for such said special election in each precinct or voting place; said judges and clerks, so acting, shall receive the fees as prescribed for like services in any general election. It shall be the duty of the special election commissioner, to administer the oath to said judges or clerks of said election.
