reports. To the extent general fund audit appropriations are sufficient, the same shall bear the expense of typing, binding and distribution of audit reports for all county financial operations; if otherwise, report of a "Cash Fund" receipts, disbursements, and management shall be separately reported and the cost thereof charged to the audit account set apart therefrom for audit purposes.
