Text

A.Upon the adoption of a resolution by a majority of the board of county commissioners or upon a petition to the board of county commissioners signed by twenty percent (20%) of the qualified voters of the county as determined by the last general election, the board of county commissioners shall by resolution call an election for the purpose of issuing bonds as provided in Section 1 of this act.
B.The board of county commissioners shall give notice of said election by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a daily or weekly newspaper of general circulation published in the county. If there is no daily or weekly newspaper published in such county, then notice shall be given by publication in the manner provided for in this section in a newspaper of general circulation in
