§ 19-112 — Violation of act a felony.
Oklahoma·Title 19 Counties And County Officers
Any county treasurer violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense and upon conviction shall be punished by confinement as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
