§ 16-38 — Acknowledgments before deputy clerk of district court

Oklahoma·Title 16 Conveyances
validated. In all cases where heretofore any deputy clerk of the district court has taken acknowledgments of deeds, or other conveyances of real estate, in their respective counties, the same are hereby legalized and made binding, and such action shall have the same force and effect as if taken before some officer heretofore empowered by the statute to take acknowledgments.
