Text

For purposes of the State Senate Redistricting Act of 2021: 1. The total state population based on the 2020 Federal Decennial Census is three million nine hundred fifty-nine thousand three hundred fifty-three (3,959,353) persons; and 2. The ideal State Senate district contains eighty-two thousand four hundred eighty-seven (82,487) persons.
