The State of Oklahoma is hereby divided into five (5) Congressional Districts as described in this section. The following delineation of areas to be included in each Congressional District is based on the official Counties, Voting Tabulation Districts (VTD) and Census Blocks (Block) as defined in 2020 by the United States Bureau of the Census. The five (5) Congressional Districts shall consist of the Counties, Voting Tabulation Districts (VTD) and Census Blocks (Block) described as follows: POPULATION District 1 County: Creek OK VTD: 190111 2,692 VTD: 190112 1,225 VTD: 190121 3,009 VTD: 190122 854 VTD: 190131 1,601 VTD: 190132 2,924 VTD: 190142 5,263 VTD: 190143 2,737 VTD: 190401 1,612 VTD: 190402 2,262 VTD: 190403 Block: 400370207071005 3 Block: 400370207071006 74 Block: 400370207071007 5
