Text

A.Members of the House of Representatives elected in November 2020 shall hold office until the fifteenth day succeeding the General Election in November 2022, and thereafter, members of the House of Representatives shall be elected for terms of office of two (2) years.
B.The State House of Representatives districts described in Section 3 of this act shall become effective on the fifteenth day following the General Election in November 2022. The State Election Board and appropriate county election boards shall conduct regular or special elections for the State House of Representatives held after April 5, 2022, in accordance with the provisions of the State House of Representatives Redistricting Act of 2021.
