§ 12A-A-305 — Priority.

PRIORITY (a) Subject to subsections (b) and (c) of this section, this act determines the priority of conflicting claims to collateral.
(b)Subject to subsection (c) of this section, if the priorities of claims to collateral were established before the effective date of this act, Article 9 of this title as in effect before the effective date of this act determines priority.
(c)On the adjustment date, to the extent the priorities determined by Article 9 of this title as amended by this act modify the priorities established before the effective date of this act, the priorities of claims to Article 12 of this title and property established before the effective date of this act cease to apply.
