DISPOSITION OF FEES (a) There is hereby created a cash account to be known as the “Oklahoma County Clerk’s Uniform Commercial Code Central Filing Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all fees and penalties collected pursuant to Section 1-9-525 of this title by the county clerk of Oklahoma County, all monies otherwise credited to the account, and any interest accruing thereon.

(b)Monies in this account shall be expended in the following amounts for the following purposes:
(1)Of the fees collected pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2) of subsection (a) of Section 1-9-525 of this title, Five Dollars ($5.00) shall be paid monthly by the thirtieth day following the month in which collected to the general fund of Oklahoma County
