PURPOSE The purpose of Sections 1-9-320.1 through 1-9-320.7 of this title is to make the laws governing protection of buyers of farm products, commission merchants, and selling agents comply with the provisions of Section 1324 of the Food Security Act of 1985 as codified at Section 1631 of Title 7 of the United States Code.
