liens. LAW GOVERNING PERFECTION AND PRIORITY OF AGRICULTURAL LIENS While farm products are located in a jurisdiction, the local law of that jurisdiction governs perfection, the effect of perfection or nonperfection, and the priority of an agricultural lien on the farm products.
