Text
As used in Sections 52-101 through 52-107 of this title: 1. "Clerk", "treasurer" and "finance officer" mean any person who is at any time responsible for the clerical or financial records, or the keeping or making of any of them, of any city or town government coming within the provisions of this article; 2. "Committee" means the Advisory Committee to the municipal clerks and treasurers training division of the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education; and 3. "Division" means the municipal clerks and treasurers training division of the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education.
