expenditures. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services, in cooperation with the Chairman of the Public Employees Relations Board, is authorized to appoint and fix the duties and compensation of employees necessary to perform the responsibilities imposed upon the Public Employees Relations Board by law. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services is authorized to initiate or accept and process claims for personal services, consulting services, supplies, equipment, and other operating expenditures essential to the accomplishment of the duties imposed upon the Public Employees Relations Board by law.
