Text
The election shall be conducted in accordance with applicable election laws. A separate ballot shall be prepared for submitting the question of whether or not the city shall become an incorporated town. The ballot shall be in substantially the following form: Shall the City of _________ become an incorporated town and be known as the Town of ________? ( ) Yes. ( ) No.
