§ 11-49-121 — Amount of first warrant pursuant to Section 49-120 -

Eligibility of receive funds. The amount of the first warrant drawn by the State Treasurer pursuant to Section49-120 of this title shall never be less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Any municipality having a firefighting apparatus of a value of not less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), may qualify and receive the benefits of the funds made available by the provisions of Section 49-120 of this title, by meeting all the other requirements thereof.
