§ 11-49-118 — Additional powers of State Board.

Oklahoma·Title 11 Cities And Towns
The State Board shall, in addition to other powers herein granted, have power, to wit: 1. To compel witnesses to attend and testify before it upon all matters connected with the operations of this article, and in the same manner as is or may be provided by law for the taking of testimony before notaries public; and its president or any member of said board may administer oaths to such witnesses; 2. To provide for the payment from the Fund of all its necessary expenses and printing; 3. To make all rules and regulations needful for its guidance in conformity with the provisions of this article; and 4. To bring any action for declaratory relief in the district courts in the state to enforce any provisions of this article or any other applicable state statute.
