§ 11-49-105 — Meetings of local board - Record of proceedings -

Quorum. The local board shall hold meetings upon the call of its chairman at such times as the chairman deems necessary. The local board shall keep a record of its proceedings, which record shall be public record. A majority of all the regular voting members of the local board shall constitute a quorum and have power to transact business.
