repayment of interest and principal interest on bonds. Notwithstanding any other statutory provision, it is hereby stated that the costs of undertaking and carrying out urban renewal or urban redevelopment projects and the repayment of interest and principal on bonds issued under this act are valid and lawful objects to which any revenue derived from ad valorem taxes levied under subsection (a) of Section 9 of Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution and not apportioned for the use of school districts under subsection (a) of Section 9 of Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution or Section 2495 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes, may be applied.
