§ 11-38-103 — Workable program for utilization of private and public

A municipality for the purpose of this article shall formulate for its area of operation a workable program for utilizing appropriate private and public resources to eliminate and prevent the development or spread of blight, to encourage needed rehabilitation, to provide for the redevelopment of blighted areas, or to undertake any of these activities or other feasible public activities as may be suitably employed to achieve the objectives of the workable program.
