§ 11-33-107 — Public recreation board or commission - Functions -

Superintendent. If a public recreation board or commission shall be established, it shall discharge its functions through a public recreation department, as provided in Section 33-106 of this title, shall make annual reports, shall adopt rules and regulations and establish general policies for the conduct of its business and for the operation of public recreational activities and services. It shall make an annual report to the governing body or bodies and such special reports as may be requested in writing by the governing body or any of the governing bodies; provided that a copy of all reports shall be furnished to each governing body if there be more than one.
