§ 11-32-110 — Petition for improvement - Contents.

A petition for any parking station improvement may be filed with the municipal clerk. The petition shall be signed by either: 1. A majority of the record owners of property liable for assessment under the proposal; or 2. The record owners of more than one-half the area liable for assessment under the proposal. The petition shall set forth: 1. The general nature of the proposed improvement; 2. The estimated or probable cost; 3. The extent of the proposed improvement district to be assessed; 4. The proposed methods of assessment; and 5. The proposed apportionment of cost between the improvement district and the municipality.
