holidays.
A.The trial docket of the municipal criminal court of record shall be prepared and set by order of the presiding judge at such times and in such manner as he or she may prescribe.
B.Municipal criminal courts of record shall remain closed on those holidays declared by the governing body of the municipality on which the municipal offices shall be closed.
