§ 11-28-115 — Composition of jury - Selection, empanelling and
Oklahoma·Title 11 Cities And Towns
qualification. A jury for the trial of cases in the municipal criminal court of record shall consist of six (6) persons who shall be selected, empanelled and qualified in the same manner that jurors are selected, empanelled and qualified in the district court.
