Text
The board of cemetery trustees shall have charge of and control of the municipal cemetery, and shall be authorized to: 1. Make rules and regulations governing the management, improvement and establishment of the cemetery; 2. Fix the price for which lots shall be sold or for which an interment shall be made; and 3. Appoint all officers necessary for the control and management of cemeteries, including a cemetery superintendent, subject to the approval of the municipal governing body.
