provisions. Employees of a municipality assigned to enforce provisions of Sections 22-112 and 22-112.1 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall complete certification training specifically applicable to such section as adopted and administered by the Oklahoma Code Enforcement Association, an internationally recognized model code organization, career technical education program, or an institution of higher education. The certification training shall be completed within one (1) year of employment or assignment for such enforcement.
