Correction - Rectification of other errors and omissions - Validation of business of original action. When any of the requirements of this act as to notice of a biennial or special town meeting have been omitted or not complied with, the omission or noncompliance, if the meeting and the business transacted at it is otherwise legal and within the scope of the municipal powers, may be corrected and legalized by a majority vote of the registered voters present at a regular town meeting or special town meeting of the municipality called for that purpose, with notice as required by Section 4 of this act.
