A.Pursuant to the provisions set forth in Article IX of the Interstate Compact for Juveniles Act, Section 2-9-110 of Title 10A of the Oklahoma Statutes, there is hereby created the "State Council for Interstate Juvenile Supervision". The State Council for Interstate Juvenile Supervision shall consist of eleven (11) members as follows: 1. One member shall be the Compact Administrator of the Interstate Compact for Juveniles; 2. Two members shall be presiding judges of a court having juvenile law jurisdiction to be appointed by the President of the Oklahoma Judicial Conference; 3. One member who is an employee of the Office of Juvenile Affairs to be appointed by the Executive Director of the Office of Juvenile Affairs; 4.
