Duties of state and local agencies - Plan for implementation.

A.For the purpose of information sharing and management of the Juvenile Offender Tracking Program, there is hereby created the Juvenile Justice Information System. The information system shall be an automated, data-based, system for tracking juvenile offenders from arrest through final closure of the case and shall include information provided by all of the components of the juvenile justice system in accordance with the provisions of the Juvenile Offender Tracking Program. The information system shall be fully integrated with other information systems related to services to children and youth and shall: 1.
