§ 10A-2-7-309 — Department planning process for services to children

A.The Office of Juvenile Affairs shall establish a planning process that provides for collaborative ongoing planning for the development of divisional and agency goals and priorities for services to children and youth. Said planning process shall be developed with the assistance of the Policy Analysis Division or equivalent division within the Office of Juvenile Affairs and the department and division directors, other state agencies and agencies with whom the departments contract to provide services to children and youth, including designated Youth Services Agencies, and shall provide for identification and assessment of needs, establishment of goals and priorities, and program implementation and monitoring, in a manner that actively involves all divisions and units within divi
