juvenile in custody - Repair or replacement. The Office of Juvenile Affairs is authorized to repair or replace the personal property of an employee if the personal property is damaged or destroyed by a juvenile who is in the custody of the Office of Juvenile Affairs while the employee is engaged in the performance of official duties for the Office of Juvenile Affairs. Any personal property repaired or replaced shall be comparable in kind, quality and cost to the original property. Reimbursement shall not duplicate insurance coverage carried by the employee.
