services - Contracts between boards of county commissioners. The board of county commissioners of each county in this state is authorized to enter into a contract with the county commissioners of another county or counties to provide insurance coverage for any tort liability risk incurred as a result of providing or providing for the temporary detention of children in a juvenile detention facility pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Juvenile Code.
