children proceedings - Penalties. Any member of law enforcement, state employee, employee of a private employer, or any other individual that appears in a deprived child proceeding who knowingly and intentionally falsifies any document containing a material fact in any case in which a child has been alleged or adjudicated deprived that results in the great bodily harm or the death of the child shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a felony punishable by a fine of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections for up to two (2) years or by both such fine and imprisonment.
