§ 10A-1-7-113 — Visitation requirements for the Department of Human
Oklahoma·Title 10A Children And Juvenile Code
Services or child-placing agency. The Department of Human Services or child-placing agency shall visit each foster child a minimum of one time per month, with no less than two visits per quarter in the foster placement. Each child shall be interviewed, or if an infant observed, alone without the foster parent present at least one time per quarter.
