§ 10-557.18 — Donors may be parties to the agreement.

A.Any one or more donors that will be supplying any gametes or embryos in connection with a gestational carrier arrangement may be, but are not required to be, a party to the gestational agreement, and any consents required of such donor or such donor's physician by Oklahoma law may be incorporated into the gestational agreement.
B.If one or more donors will be supplying any gametes or embryos in connection with a gestational carrier arrangement, any consents otherwise required by Oklahoma law to be filed with a court in connection with such donation may be filed with the court as part of the petition to validate gestational agreement, regardless of whether or not such consents are part of the gestational agreement.
