§ 10-557.11 — Rights of child – Parent-child relationship.

A.Upon the validation by the court of a gestational agreement conforming with the requirements of the Oklahoma Gestational Agreement Act, any child born as a result of an assisted reproduction procedure to a gestational carrier under the gestational agreement shall be considered at law in all respects the same as a naturally conceived legitimate child of the intended parents. The parent-child relationship shall exist solely between such intended parents and such child regardless of the fact that the gestational carrier gave birth to the child or that the spouse of the gestational carrier is or was married to the gestational carrier at or before the time of such birth. The gestational carrier and any spouse of the gestational carrier if she is married shall have no parental rights or oblig
