§ 10-414 — Administration of immunizations - Persons eligible -

Oklahoma·Title 10 Children
Indigent persons. The immunizations shall be administered by, or under the direction of, a licensed physician, or by any local or state health department. If the parent or guardian is unable to pay, the State Department of Health shall provide, without charge, the immunization materials required by this act.
