§ 10-29.1 — Repealed

Repealed by Laws 1997, c. 366, § 60, eff. Nov. 1, 1997. NOTE: In addition to repeal by Laws 1997, c. 366, § 60, this section was amended by Laws 1997, c. 386, § 16, to read as follows: A. Whenever the mother of a child born out of wedlock who has custody of the child executes a relinquishment for the purpose of adoption pursuant to the provisions of Section 28 of this title, the person or agency to whom such relinquishment is made shall file a petition with the district court of the county in which the relinquishment was executed for the termination of the parental rights of the persons entitled to notice pursuant to subsection B of this section unless such rights have been previously terminated or relinquished.
