§ 10-175.1 — Legislative intent and purpose.

It is the intent and purpose of Sections 175.3 through 175.13 of this title to provide for a more efficient administration of the Children with Special Health Care Needs Program in Oklahoma and to: 1. Provide for a continuity of dependable funds to establish and conduct a program of medical care for children who have or are at increased risk for a chronic physical, developmental, behavioral, or emotional condition and who also require health and related services of a type or amount beyond that required by children generally; 2. Provide leadership in building and promoting a community- based system of services that is family-centered, comprehensive, coordinated, and culturally competent; 3.
