Text
- Delivery of child to court - Charge for board and clothing. The guardian of any child who has an income or estate belonging to such child sufficient to educate and maintain such child and who refuses to maintain such child, or refuses to send him to school as provided by law, shall be compelled under the provisions of this Act, to deliver said child to the juvenile court; provided, that no charge of more than Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per month shall be made for board and other additional expenses necessary to clothe such child, and that the county judge or judge of the juvenile court or children's court may, by proper order, use any part of the estate of such child, or the income therefrom, for said purposes.
