Text
Any dog that is seized and impounded under sections955.12,955.15, and955.17of the Revised Code may be redeemed by its owner, keeper, or harborer at any time prior to the expiration of the applicable redemption period as specified in sections955.12and955.16of the Revised Code, upon payment to the dog warden or poundkeeper of all costs assessed against the animal and upon providing the animal with a valid registration tag if it has none.
