The animal and consumer protection fund is created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of livestock dealer or broker fees and civil penalties collected under this chapter, all money collected through the issuance of licenses to captive whitetail deer licensees under this chapter and any other money credited to it under the Revised Code. The director of agriculture shall use money in the fund to administer sections943.20to943.26of the Revised Code and rules and Chapters 935. and 942. of the Revised Code and rules adopted under those chapters.
